Cancellation policy
Customers have the option to cancel their orders at any time within 24 hours, or on the same day the order is placed, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. It is important that cancellation requests are made promptly within this timeframe to prevent the order from entering the dispatch process. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you may need to follow the delivery refusal or return procedures instead.
AustroLabs Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request and may, at its discretion, modify or waive the cancellation window or applicable fees from time to time.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order, either in full or in part, due to reasons such as product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Use, or logistical limitations. In cases where we cancel an order, you will not be charged, and any payments already made will be refunded promptly, typically within 5–7 business days.
Our return, cancellation, and refund policies may include additional reasonable terms and conditions, which will be communicated to you periodically through the Platform via push notifications or other communication methods, as specified in these Terms or as determined by the Company.
Returns Policy
The Returns service is available directly through the Platform and is designed to ensure customer satisfaction with purchased products. Under this policy, we provide replacements or refunds only for items that are found to be defective, damaged, or not in proper condition at the time of delivery. Customers may request a replacement or refund if the product does not meet the expected quality standards.
Please note that the return and replacement option is available only within 2 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns or replacements cannot be processed. We encourage customers to carefully inspect their products upon delivery and report any defects or issues immediately to ensure a smooth returns process.
This policy is intended to provide a fair and transparent process, ensuring that you receive products in the condition expected while clearly defining the limited return window.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
